Over the years we have tried pretty much every type and brand of dog food out there..... having a dog with a compromised immune system and more allergies than you could shake a stick at made the search educational but far from easy. The Holy Grail was a brand that suited everyone in the pack - a tall order when this involves 15 dogs of differing ages, sizes and breeds! Drum roll...... My dogs are happy and satisfied

I chose Nautical because it doesn’t contain chicken. My dogs are happy and satisfied and eat with great gusto. Their stools are nice and firm. My bitch was fed Essentials puppy food during the latter part of her pregnancy so that she could eat the same food as the puppies. I will also recommend that the puppy buyers continue with the same food and treats from Essentials.

All the treats are appreciated – even the chewy treats are good. We’ve dropped all the other brands … As a trained dietician, I know just how important it is for both humans and animals to eat a natural and nutritional diet, adapted to the individual.

The best food on the market

I’ve chosen ESSENTIAL FOODS because I think it’s the best food on the market. My dogs look really well on it and have a nice coat. They like the meals that are served, and which can be switched with different varieties and flavours if I so wish. There is food for all types of dogs and ages. The puppies get off to a good start and I can start with Beginner right away. Puppy buyers like the starter box and many of them choose to continue with your food.

It’s easy to shop, and your order comes quickly, delivered straight to your door. It doesn’t get better than that!

We’re very happy with Essential

We give our dog Essential Foods, and we think it’s a great food. Great list of ingredients and good sizes of feed bags, everything from an active outdoor life to home use. From August to January, we hunt a lot and then switch between two foods. We’re very happy with Essential and will be giving our next litter of puppies (planned for spring 2022) Essential puppy food. Our Kaiza loves Essential Duck Delights.

All the dogs like their food from Essential Foods

What we went for initially was the chews and treats. (We don’t buy them anywhere else) I wanted all-natural stuff for my dogs. I wanted to be able to feel safe when I gave the dogs chewing bones. And with Essential Foods, I do. The dogs love the products and all of them do very well on them. Then I decided to try the meals as well. We have a large kennel with a lot of dogs, so for us it was also important to find a supplier who was able to meet the very different needs of all the dogs. We’d been searching for many years. But then we happened upon Essential Foods. We have everything from old dogs to puppies, and dogs that need to gain weight and dogs that need to lose weight. All the dogs like their food from Essential Foods and all of them do really well on it. We’re seen a lot and we compete a lot, so it’s important to us that the dogs not only look healthy but are actually also healthy. I feel that we share the same philosophy when it comes to dogs and what they should eat as Essential Foods. But most important of all, I want to be able to proudly recommend the products and feel that we can stand behind them one hundred percent. And with Essential, we really do.
