What is the cost of delivery?
We have free delivery on all orders over £30. For orders less than £30, there's a delivery charge of £6. Please note we're still unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
When will my order arrive?
We usually deliver within 2-4 working days, if no one is home, the driver will leave your ESSENTIAL FOODS order if requested. Changes to your delivery can be made directly via your tracking information.
Not Satisfied?
If we don't live up to your expectations, we'll obviously give you a full refund.
(Simply pack the items you wish to return in a cardboard box and contact our customer service. We'll take care of the rest free of charge and without causing you any inconvenience)
What is BOF?
BOF is the principle of developing food to match the natural diet of your dog. Our meals make sure your dog's blood sugar level remains stable. It's high fresh meat content stimulates natural instincts and our low preparation temperature means the dog receives the highest possible nutritional value. Berries, seeds and herbs mimic the stomach of the natural prey, and the size of the kibble makes sure the feed is chewed before being swallowed.

- Our meals contain only ingredients that are classed as fit for human consumption.

Why does my dog has looser or larger quantities of stools?
As a general rule, the amount and shape of your dog's stools says a lot about the quality of what is served.
If your dog is experiencing an increased amount of stool after switching to ESSENTIALS, it is very likely you haven't yet found the correct meal size for your dog.
It is a common mistake for people to serve the same amount after a switch to ESSENTIALS which will cause the above problem.
Try and cut down portions by 5% a week until you're happy with your dog's stools.

Does ESSENTIAL offer sponsorships?
We don't sponsor individuals. The branding value of sponsorships are not important to us.
All the top-breeders, VIPs, ESSENTIAL team & staff who you see feeding with ESSENTIAL meals & products pay for their products just like everyone else.
This says a lot about them and their commitment to high quality and the wellbeing of their dogs, rather than free meals sponsored by a lot of the larger food companies.
Does ESSENTIAL provide prizes for shows/exhibitions/etc.?
